Molybdenum and molybdenum alloys have been widely used in manufacturing due to their excellent mechanical and chemical properties.

Molybdenum boat is a vessel formed by riveting or stamping a molybdenum sheet. It is mainly used in coating technology, electronics industry, power engineering industry, such as vacuum thermal evaporation, capacitor sintering, nuclear fuel sintering, etc. The molybdenum boats produced by our factory have different shapes, such as rectangle, square, trapezoid, semicircle, hexagon, and boat.

Mechanical:

Molybdenum has excellent properties: high melting point, high creep resistance and low thermal expansion. By adding other metals to produce molybdenum alloys, these properties are significantly strengthened. According to the user's application environment and operating temperature, TLWM can provide the user with pure molybdenum or molybdenum alloy.

Chemistry:

In the absence of oxygen, molybdenum has a very good corrosion resistance to many acids, metal liquids and molten glass. Within 1100°C, molybdenum is relatively stable in hydrogen, ammonia and nitrogen.

It is mainly used in metallurgical industry, mechanical processing, and glassware industry. Such as sintering of high melting point metals, melting quartz glass, etc. The molybdenum crucible produced by our factory is made by isostatic pressing machine, and then sintered in the intermediate frequency furnace and then turned and milled.

The classification of molybdenum boats are:

1. Flat groove molybdenum boat: suitable for high wettability materials,

2. V-shaped molybdenum boat: suitable for materials with low wettability,

3. Molybdenum boat with oval groove: suitable for materials in molten state,

4. Spherical groove molybdenum boat: suitable for expensive materials such as gold and silver,

5. Narrow slot molybdenum boat: This design can prevent the evaporation material from getting into the filament clip,

6. Steamed aluminum boat: Alumina is coated on the surface of the boat body to help the evaporation boat resist corrosion and strong molten materials.
